## Commentary

In the St. George&#39;s Church in Everton, Liverpool, Rickman experimented with the local iron manufacturer John Cragg in combining Gothic structures with up-to-date technology. The interior of the church is executed entirely in cast iron, even the window tracery. The photo shows a view of the interior facing east.
