## Commentary

As the assistant of Maso di Bartolommeo, Pasquino completed the portal of San Domenico and he put in place the last parts of the portal in October and November of 1454, in collaboration with another of Maso&#39;s partners, Michele di Giovanni, known as Il Greco. It can be assumed from the documents that Fra Carnevale had the artistic control of the monument.
