Meeting at the Golden Gate \(detail\) 1304-06 Fresco, width of detail 76,5 cm Cappella Scrovegni \(Arena Chapel\), Padua Anne and her companions have gone to meet Joachim. The spouses encounter one another on the bridge in front of the Golden Gate of Jerusalem, certain that they will now become parents.
