# Landscape in Brazil [View the canonical artwork record]() ## Artwork - Artist: [POST, Frans]() - Date: 1651-1700 - Technique: Oil on oak panel, 20 x 27 cm ## Commentary The building to the left is almost certainly the end of a sugar mill, probably a structure erected by the Portuguese and taken over by the Dutch colonists.
