IV. 49.3.7\) ## Commentary Marlianus Codex 1488 Manuscript \(Cod. Lat. 55.18. IV. 49.3.7\) Biblioteca Guarnacci, Volterra The miniature at the beginning of the text represents Matthias, King of Hungary. It is considered as the best portrait of the King and recently it is attributed to Ambrogio de Predis, a famous Lombard master. The coat-of-arms held by two putti at the bottom is that of Matthias.
