## Commentary

This picture shows The Commune Despoiled \(Il Comune Pelato\), one of the twelve reliefs on the tomb monument to Bishop Guido Tarlati. The monument was executed in collaboration with Agostino di Giovanni. In spite of the tomb&#39;s homogeneity of style, Agnolo&#39;s intervention may be identified in a number of sculpted reliefs.
