Louis and Antoine: 1648, Mathieu: 1677, Paris\) Family Group 1647 Oil on copper, 28 x 38 cm Musée du Louvre, Paris A series of small pictures, mainly on copper, depicting groups of diminutive figures, painted in strong and rich colours, and naively placed with no great care of calculated composition, is attributed to Antoine Le Nain.
