# Portrait of Henrietta Louisa Jeffreys [View the canonical artwork record]() ## Artwork - Artist: [SEEMAN, Enoch]() - Date: 1701-1750 - Technique: Oil on canvas, 125 x 100 cm ## Commentary Henrietta Louisa Jeffreys, Countess of Pomfret \(1698-1761\) was a keen writer and traveller, biographer of van Dyck. In 1720 she married Thomas Fermor, 2nd Lord Lempster, who had already inherited his father's titles and estates.
