## Commentary

David with the Head of Goliath c. 1670 Oil on canvas, 121 x 97 cm Liechtenstein Museum, Vienna This is one of the late paintings of the artist who worked in Venice and Padua. It shows the influence of the Mannerism of Padovanino, Forabosco&#39;s first teacher, and Titian&#39;s painterly style.
