## Commentary

Michelangelo&#39;s drawing of &lt;a onclick=&#34;return OpenOther\(&#39;/html/m/michelan/4drawing/10/06misc.html&#39;\)&#34; href=&#34;/html/m/michelan/4drawing/10/06misc.html&#34;&gt;Archers Shooting at a Herm&lt;/a&gt; enjoyed great popularity, which is evidenced by numerous copies. Individual artists made small changes to the original, which is the case for Beatrizet&#39;s engraving in mirror image. This engraving served as a model for a fresco in the Villa Borghese, Rome.
