## Commentary

Grimani Breviary: The Month of July 1510s Manuscript \(Ms. lat. I 99\), 280 x 215 mm Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana, Venice July has a scene of sheep-shearing set against a background of haymaking. The scene is within a dark frame with late Gothic features.
