## Commentary

The detail from the façade displays an Annunciation and a Nativity by Stoldo Lorenzi, and below two statues of Sibyls, by Annibale Fontana. The Latin inscription VERBUM CARO FACTUM EST reads in English &#34;The divine word became flesh&#34;.
