# Presentation of Jesus in the Temple \(Cell 10\) [View the canonical artwork record]() ## Artwork - Artist: [ANGELICO, Fra]() - Date: 1401-1450 - Technique: Fresco, 171 x 116 cm ## Commentary This is the fresco on the wall of Cell 10 of the Convento di San Marco in Florence: St Peter Martyr and the Blessed Villana of the Dominican Order contemplate the three other figures of the Evangelical story. Along with his assistants, Fra Angelico decorated the vast convent of San Marco with frescoes.
