# Portrait of a Man [View the canonical artwork record]() ## Artwork - Artist: [BARBARI, Jacopo de']() - Date: 1501-1550 - Technique: Oil on linden panel, 38 x 30 cm ## Commentary This painting dates to about 1505-06, when Jacopo was working in Wittenberg for the dukes of Saxony.
