## Commentary

Palazzo Corsini al Parione is one of the most magnificent private palaces in Florence. The structure is entirely Baroque and features elliptical windows, staircases decorated with statues and large columns. The interior is decorated with many frescoes, paintings and genuine furniture. The Great Staircase \(Scalone d&#39;Onore\) was the result of a project executed by Pier Francesco Silvani and Antonio Maria Ferri \(died 1716\).
