## Commentary

The Roman villa of Centcelles is located in the municipality of Constantí, in Catalonia. It contains a masterpiece of Early Christian Art. In one of its rooms is the oldest known dome mosaic with a Christian theme in the Roman world. The detail shows the head of a young man wearing a Phrygian cap, which is part of a group representing three young men in the furnace of Babylon.
