## Commentary

Lorenzi was part of a team of artists providing sculpture for the &lt;a onclick=&#34;return OpenOther\(&#39;/html/v/vasari/1/19studi1.html&#39;\)&#34; href=&#34;/html/v/vasari/1/19studi1.html&#34;&gt;Studiolo of Francesco I&lt;/a&gt; at the Palazzo Vecchio. For this, he produced the bronze Amphitrite \(or Galatea\), commissioned by the Accademia del Disegno, of which Stoldo was now a member.
