# Death of Ananias [View the canonical artwork record]() ## Artwork - Artist: [RAFFAELLO Sanzio]() - Date: 1501-1550 - Technique: Tapestry ## Commentary Deep borders made to look like bronze reliefs, displaying five events from Pope Leo's life and five from the life of St Paul, were added to the bottom of the tapestry set.
