# Altar of San Giobbe [View the canonical artwork record]() ## Artwork - Artist: [LOMBARDO, Pietro]() - Date: 1451-1500 - Technique: Photographic reproduction ## Commentary Giovanni Bellini's San Giobbe Altarpiece \(Pala di San Giobbe\) was originally on the altar of the homonymous saint. The altar was rebuilt in Renaissance style by Pietro Lombardo and rededicated in 1493.
