## Commentary

The drawing depicts a scene from the &lt;a onclick=&#34;return OpenOther\(&#39;/html/c/cossa/schifano/1march/1march.html&#39;\)&#34; href=&#34;/html/c/cossa/schifano/1march/1march.html&#34;&gt;Allegory of March&lt;/a&gt; by Francesco del Cossa in the Palazzo Schifanoia, Ferrara, after the restoration campaign between 1894 and 1897. It shows the duke administering justice, falconry, and work in the vineyards.
