# Still-Life [View the canonical artwork record]() ## Artwork - Artist: [BAERS, Johannes]() - Date: 1601-1650 - Technique: Oil on canvas, octagonal, 104 x 147 cm ## Commentary This painting, signed by JB.ft., shows a still-life of apples, pears, peaches and plums with grapes and walnuts in a wicker basket, together with flowers, including tulips, irises and carnations in a blue and white vase upon a table top.
