# Virgin and Child with Sts Jerome and Bernard of Clairvaux [View the canonical artwork record]() ## Artwork - Artist: [SIGNORELLI, Luca]() - Date: 1451-1500 - Technique: Oil on panel, diameter 1112 cm ## Commentary Although several scholars doubt whether this painting is by Luca Signorelli and regard it a workshop product, it is more probable that the tondo for private devotion was designed and also executed by the master himself.
