# Lady in Blue [View the canonical artwork record]() ## Artwork - Artist: [COROT, Jean-Baptiste Camille]() - Date: 1801-1850 - Technique: Oil on canvas, 80 x 50 cm ## Commentary This painting is probably a portrait of one of Corot's friends visiting his studio which can be identified by the landscape of France and the view of Italy on the wall.
