# Pair of Table Candlesticks [View the canonical artwork record]() ## Artwork - Artist: [UNKNOWN GOLDSMITH, German]() - Date: 1701-1750 - Technique: Silver, height 16 cm ## Commentary At the base of the pair of candlesticks are the linked arms of the Medici and the Pfalz-Neuburg, surmounted by the electoral crown of the Rhine. It is an evidence that the two objects were owned by Anna Maria Luisa de' Medici, wife of the Elector Palatine Johann Wilhelm von der Pfalz-Neuburg.
